1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations between:
MATERNE INTEGRATIVE SRL, Avenue du Hêtre 15, 4000 Liège – Belgium,
Company number: 1018656881,
Represented by Clara Materne, founder and nutritional therapist, (hereinafter “the Publisher”)

and any natural or legal person (hereinafter “the Client”) purchasing one or more programmes, training courses, digital content or services offered through LearnyBox or claramaterne.com.

2. Description of services

Clara Materne offers digital training courses, support programmes and downloadable content in the field of nutritional therapy applied to cooking, functional health, and hormonal or gut nutrition.

Descriptions, objectives and terms are accessible directly on the sales pages. The Client is invited to review them carefully before making any purchase.

3. Access to training

Access to the platform is granted:
– immediately upon payment confirmation
– for a period of 12 months (unless otherwise stated on the sales page)

Access is personal and non-transferable. The Client agrees not to share login credentials or content with third parties.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable – article 44 §2, 4° of the Belgian VAT Code – approved paramedical professions).
Payment is made online via a secure module (Stripe, Paypal or other), in one or several instalments depending on the options offered.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, individual Clients have a 14-day period from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their reasons.

However, this right is waived if the digital content is immediately accessible after payment and the Client accesses it, in accordance with article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

By accepting these T&Cs and accessing the content, the Client expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

6. Intellectual property

All content (videos, texts, PDF materials, recipes, visuals) is protected by copyright. They are the exclusive property of Clara Materne and MATERNE INTEGRATIVE SRL.

Any reproduction, distribution or resale without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

The advice provided aims at overall wellbeing and health education. It does not in any way replace medical advice or treatment prescribed by a healthcare professional.

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for the use made of the information by the Client.

8. Confidentiality and personal data

Client data is processed in accordance with GDPR. See the site’s Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Applicable law

These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably. Failing that, the courts of Liège shall have sole jurisdiction.
