The plate: a major therapeutic tool
In functional health, nutrition is not merely a lifestyle recommendation — it is a central regulatory tool:
- Hormonal
- Digestive
- Immune
- Emotional
I also integrate approaches from herbalism and herbal medicine — not as technical add-ons, but as living elements of everyday cooking.
A progressive and structured approach
I always prioritise foundational work before considering other forms of support:
Nutrition, herbalism, herbal medicine — first
Micronutrition and supplements — if needed
Specialist medical referral — if the situation calls for it
Strong medical collaborations
I work in close collaboration with several functional doctors and specialists to ensure coherent, safe and tailored care for each situation.

What drives me
Many people feel lost on their health journey, caught between medical, paramedical and often contradictory advice. My role is to help them understand, connect the dots, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I primarily support people around hormonal balance, in close connection with the gut, nutrition and functional terrain — with a progressive, personalised and respectful approach to each individual journey.
