A two-hour online workshop to understand how nutrition can support your hormonal balance during perimenopause — without dieting, without restriction, with practical and lasting tools.
Perimenopause is a natural transition, but it often brings changes that can feel unsettling: hot flashes, sleep disturbances, mood swings, unexplained weight gain. Nutrition is one of the most powerful — and most underused — levers for moving through this period with greater ease.
What you will learn
During this workshop, you will discover which key nutrients to prioritise — phytoestrogens, omega-3, magnesium, vitamins D and B — and which foods contain them. We will explore the central role of blood sugar management in hormonal symptoms, and the importance of the gut microbiome in hormonal regulation. You will leave with a clear, immediately actionable plan for your everyday life.
Who is this for?
This workshop is designed for women in perimenopause or early menopause who want to act through nutrition before any other approach, regain lasting energy and restful sleep, and feel more at home in their body.
